The computer calculation of excess free energy of the three-phase system is made on the basis of thermodynamics perturbation theory (TPT) for the cases of “thick” and “thin” films. The macroscopic values have been carried out for the specific excess free energy of layer.

Проведен компьютерный расчет избыточной свободной энергии трехфазной системы на основе термодинамической теории возмущений (ТТВ) для случаев «толстых» и «тонких» пленок. Получены предельные значения для приведенной удельной избыточной свободной энергии слоя.
